St Luke’s ElderCare (SLEC) is a Christian healthcare provider dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in Singapore, regardless of race, language, or religion. Guided by its GRACE philosophy of care, SLEC delivers compassionate, holistic support across an integrated, island-wide network—ranging from active ageing centres and senior care/rehabilitation centres to residential nursing homes—so that elders from the fit to the frail can be cared for through community-, centre-, residential-, and home-based services.
